
Traditionally Yacon is grown in northern and central Andes from Colombia to Northern Argentina for its sweet-tasting, crisp and tuberous roots. Now Eden Farmers grow it on our farm. Yacon grows underground for 9 months. Yacon is also known as Earth apple, Sweet root, Peruvian ground apple.
How to Eat: Peel the skin, eat it raw !!! Steam or in soup, up to you.
