Naturally lighter and milder than darker misos, it brings soft sweetness and gentle umami to everyday meals without overpowering them. Perfect for miso soup, sauces, marinades, vegetables and light broths.
Chef’s tip: Blend with Manuka honey to make our favourite Manuka Honey Miso Base, a sweet and savoury paste you can use as a dip, glaze, marinade, or topping for rice, vegetables, tofu, fish or chicken.
