Our Teriyaki Sauce is chef crafted in small batches using organic tamari soy sauce, mirin, cooking sake, raw sugar, black garlic, goji berry, shiitake mushroom, kelp and Montville Mist spring water.

This is not an ordinary sweet teriyaki. It is rich, balanced and deeply savoury, with layers of umami from Japanese fermentation, black garlic, mushroom and kelp.

Brush it over grilled chicken, salmon, tofu, eggplant or vegetables, use it as a glaze, stir fry sauce, marinade, or drizzle over rice bowls and noodles.

Chef’s tip: Brush over chicken, salmon, tofu or eggplant in the last few minutes of cooking for a glossy, caramelised finish.
